UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Starting Oct. 28, the Research Informatics and Publishing division at Penn State University Libraries will provide three on-line workshops on large knowledge analytics in cloud computing.
These workshops will introduce every of the listed cloud platforms and a few ready-to-use instruments for giant knowledge analytics and synthetic intelligence/machine studying (AI/ML), comparable to doc AI, predictive analytics, and picture evaluation for sample recognition. The workshops will likely be taught by the Cloud Services crew at Penn State with visitor audio system from Microsoft (Azure), Amazon (AWS) and Google (GCP) and can embody hands-on examples.
The workshops are open to Penn State undergraduate and graduate college students, postdoctoral students, employees and college. Primary data of cloud companies is useful however not required. To comply with together with the demos for every session, a cloud account with the service suppliers will likely be wanted: AWS (https://aws.amazon.com), Azure (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/) and GCP (https://cloud.google.com).
